(Louisville, CO) -- Marijuana may be legal in Colorado but a high school teacher is in trouble for allegedly giving pot edibles to students. Brian Du Fresne teaches music at Monarch High School but is accused of giving students pot candy in February during a lunch break and officers say he's done it in the past as well. The 49-year-old has been with the school for nearly two decades but is now on administrative leave. Du Fresne was also accused of having an affair with a student about ten years ago. Louisville Police arrested Brian Du Fresne earlier this week on two counts of unlawful distribution of marijuana and marijuana concentrate.
