Clinton and Trump Take NY

NEW YORK (AP) — Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton says, "The race for the nomination is in the home stretch, and victory is in sight."

With her win in the New York primary, Clinton picked up at least 135 of the 247 Democratic delegates at stake.

Her rival, Bernie Sanders, gained at least 104.

Republican presidential front-runner Donald Trump has captured more than 50 percent of the vote in the New York primary, and is headed toward a big delegate haul in his home state.

Trump has claimed at least 89 of the 95 GOP delegates at stake.

Rival John Kasich has won at least three and Ted Cruz is in danger of getting shut out.
