Jones Speaks Following Positive Test
Jon "Bones" Jones is insisting he is not a cheater. Jones spoke at a press conference following his removal from his fight at UFC 200 against Daniel Cormier because of a potential doping violation. The USADA informed Jones of a potential violation on Wednesday night. He and his manager confirmed a banned substance was found in a sample he provided on June 16th, but did not specify what it was. The fighter will have full appeal process, but not in time for the bout. UFC president Dana White says Cormier will fight this weekend, but did not identify his new opponent.
