During the melee of the Dallas police shootings police tweeted out a photo of one man whom Dallas police Chief David Brown said was a “person of interest.” Brown noted that the man was wearing camouflage and had a rifle strapped over his shoulder.
We now know that person's name is Mark Hughes and he is the brother of the rally's co-organizer Cory Hughes.
