It's a case of vandalism at a high school parking lot.
Unbelievably it's not a student who's in trouble. Connecticut troopers report a teacher at Pomperaug High in Southbury is now facing charges. State police say 52-year-old Edward Kimble IV turned himself in yesterday. According to authorities, Kimble let the air out of a student's tire after the student parked in his space. Police say security personnel allowed the student to park in Kimble's parking spot.
Kimble's now charged with second-degree reckless endangerment.
