Bolt Wins Gold In Another 100m
Usain Bolt overcame a slow start out of the starting block before turning it on to become the first person to win three straight Olympic 100-meter titles. The Jamaican star rallied past American Justin Gatlin over the final 30 meters to finish in 9.81 seconds for his seventh Olympic gold overall.
Gatlin, Bolt's biggest challenger over the past four years, finished second, .08 seconds behind. Canada's Andre de Grasse took home the bronze.
