Chicken Theft Leads To Jail Time
A New York man is spending time behind bars for his role in a chicken wing theft.
Joshua Rojek of Syracuse and his dad stole more than 40-thousand-dollars in chicken wings from the Twin Trees Too restaurant. He worked at the place at the time and his father helped him with the crime. Prosecutors say the wings were then sold out of the back of a truck so the duo could turn a profit. The 33-year-old Rojek pleaded guilty to grand larceny and was given up to three years in prison. He was also busted a charged for a similar incident at a previous employer not that long ago.
The elder Rojek was sentenced last week to time behind bars as well.
