Tulsa Officer Charged With Manslaughter
The Tulsa police officer who shot and killed Terence Crutcher is being charged with first-degree manslaughter.
Officer Betty Shelby killed Crutcher last week and the police video shows him with his hands up before it happened. Demonstrators and Black Lives Matter protestors have been gathering downtown for days.
Crutcher's family said yesterday they're happy Shelby is facing charges.
