Why Jacoby Brissett's Start At QB Matters

Not only are the Patriots 3-0 in Tom Brady's absence but they've also done the unthinkable and not by choice but out of necessity... They started an African-American quarterback Jacoby Brissett.

In franchise history the Patriots prior to tonight the team had only dressed six black quarterbacks Onree Jackson (who never played in a game), Condredge Holloway (who never played a game), Eddie McAshan (who never played a game), Michael Bishop (whose only game was in relief in 2000), Rohan Davey (the 2004 MVP of NFL Europe), and Jay Walker (who also never played).
