Serena Williams Talks Police Shootings
Tennis superstar Serena Williams is speaking up about the recent police shootings of black men. Williams took to Facebook to address her fears and concerns for the black men in her life.
Williams talked about the fear she felt when she saw a cop on the side of the road while her 18-year-old nephew drove her to a meeting, saying she regretted not driving herself.
Williams ended her post with a quote from Dr. Martin Luther King, "There comes a time when silence is betrayal," adding, "I won't be silent."
