Couple Returns Nearly 10k And Get Rewarded With What?
An envelope containing almost ten-thousand-dollars in cash is now back in the hands of its rightful owner.
A couple in New York was shopping earlier this week when they found an envelope in a grocery cart. The "Auburn Pub" reports the anonymous couple took the envelope, containing about 98-hundred-dollars to the store manager of a Tractor Supply Co. There was also a checkbook, which helped the store staff contact the owner. The woman says the envelope was a weeks worth of her restaurant's cash receipts.
She says she wants to give the anonymous couple a free meal at her restaurant to show her appreciation for their honesty.
A meal? Oh Really...
