Trump Backs Down From Locking Up Hillary Clinton

(New York, NY) -- President-elect Donald Trump is backing away from his promise to lock Hillary Clinton up. In an interview with CBS' "60 Minutes," Trump said that he had second thoughts about hiring a special prosecutor to investigate Clinton's alleged crimes. He added that he didn't want to hurt Clinton or her family because they are, quote, "good people."

The President-elect surprisingly had some positive things to say about the former Democratic nominee. He said Clinton congratulated him on a job well done and couldn't have been nicer when she called to concede the election.

Trump thanked her for being a great competitor and called Clinton "very strong."
