McKnight's Killer Now In Jail
(Jefferson Parish, LA) -- The man accused of gunning down former NFL player Joe McKnight during a road rage incident in Louisiana last week is now in jail. The Jefferson Parish, Louisiana sheriff says Ronald Gasser is in custody and has been booked on one count of manslaughter.
He was questioned but not charged after the shooting last Thursday, and was released from custody at the time, sparking outrage on social media. Gasser is accused of having a dispute with McKnight after one driver cut off the other, and then firing at him at least three times from inside his car.
