Golden State Warriors head coach Steve Kerr is not expected to return from his leave of absence during his team's second-round playoff series with Utah. ESPN reports Kerr has been seeing a specialist at Duke University to treat severe headaches, nausea and dizziness that are complications from the back surgery he had nearly two years ago.
Assistant Mike Brown has been guiding the team since Game Three of the Warriors' first-round sweep of Portland. Golden State has a two-games-to-none lead in its second-round series against the Jazz. Utah hosts Game Three on Saturday.
