Trayvon Martin Will Get Posthumous College Degree
Trayvon Martin will get a posthumous Bachelor of Science Degree in Aviation from a South Florida University. The honor will be given to his parents five years after the African American teenager was fatally shot by neighborhood watch volunteer George Zimmerman in Sanford.
Sabrina Fulton and Tracy Martin will accept the degree at the May 13th commencement ceremony of Florida Memorial University.
Fulton graduated from the Miami Gardens college and her son had taken aviation courses in high school.
