A pro-marijuana group is promoting its cause. Yesterday, the Green Vegas Project was handing out free pot, pipes and lighters right on the Las Vegas Strip. Green Vegas Project's goal is to raise money for a sight-seeing cannabis tour company. The organization would give away the pot, but ask for a donation in return.
