Family Booted From Plane Over Birthday Cake
A New Jersey family is considering a lawsuit after they were booted from a Jet Blue flight
under disputed circumstances.
Cameron and Minta Burke say they were ticketed to fly from JFK to Las Vegas earlier this month to celebrate Minta's 40th birthday, and brought a cake on the plane. A flight attendant apparently asked them to move the cake, and when a different attendant confronted them the issue became heated.
Two Port Authority officers removed the family, despite their conclusion that the Burkes were not in the wrong.
