A Florida man will not go to prison after saying his girlfriend choked to death while giving him oral sex. Sixty-five-year-old Richard Patterson (guess what his nickname is) went on trial for the woman's 2015 death and initially told the court the woman lost her life during a sex act.
His defense argument eventually changed and the coroner testified that the cause of death was undetermined.
The woman died at her home while the two were having a romantic interlude.
The Fort Lauderdale jury issued a not guilty verdict this week and Patterson was given his freedom.
