Police Nab Kissing Bandit...
A man who forced a kiss from a woman at a local convenience store was arrested Wednesday by Caddo deputies, according to Caddo Parish Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies in Caddo Parish say Frank Robertson forcibly grabbed a woman and kissed her a couple of week ago at a Super S store.
She added he asked to give her a Mother's Day hug while she was heading into the store but he went way too far while she was leaving. Troopers received a tip late last week and they tracked Robertson down at his home.
The 53-year-old was taken into custody and officers believe he may have done similar things in the past.
