Durant Named Finals MVP After Warriors Game 5 Win

Kevin Durant's decision to leave the Thunder for the Warriors is paying off. Durant was named MVP of the 2017 NBA Finals.

He averaged 35.2 points on just under 56-percent shooting with 8.4 rebounds and 5.4 assists per game in Golden State's five-game series win over the Cavaliers.

It was Durant's first championship and first Finals MVP. "KD" got revenge against his rival LeBron James, who bested his good friend back when he was the Heat in 2012.
