What's Next For The Playboy Mansion?

The Playboy Mansion is now in the hands of Hugh Hefner's next-door neighbor.

Hefner worked and played at the Los Angeles party pad for more than 45 years before he died Wednesday night.

Neighbor Daren Metropoulos, son of a prominent Greek billionaire and co-owner of Twinkie-maker Hostess, bought the 20-thousand-square-foot mansion from Hefner for 100-million dollars last year.

As part of the sale, Metropoulos agreed to allow Hefner and his wife, Crystal Harris, live in the home until his death.
