"Cosby Show" Actor Earle Hyman Dead
"The Cosby Show" actor Earle Hyman is dead at the age of 91.
Hyman died Friday at his home in Englewood, New Jersey. Hyman was best known for playing the father of Bill Cosby's character, Dr. Cliff Huxtable, from 1984 to 1992.
He also lent his voice to the animated series "ThunderCats."
Hyman built a career on the stage that spanned both the U.S. and Europe.
He also appeared on the big screen in films like "The Bamboo Prison" and "Fighting Back."
