Vanessa Bryant Reportedly Files Wrongful Death Suit
The widow of former L.A. Lakers star Kobe Bryant is reportedly filing a wrongful death lawsuit after her husband and daughter Gianna were killed in a helicopter crash.
TMZ says Vanessa Bryant's lawsuit claims the helicopter never should been placed in the peril it was in before the crash on January 26th. Seven others perished in the crash in Southern California, including the pilot.
Island Express owned the doomed helicopter, which came down in thick fog in Calabasas. The lawsuit seeks unspecified damages.
