Jarrett: Michelle Obama Doesn't Want To Be VP

Former Obama administration adviser Valerie Jarrett says there's no way Joe Biden would choose Michelle Obama as his running mate. Biden has said he'll pick a woman as his VP candidate in his run for the White House. But Jarrett told The Hill on Tuesday that the former first lady has never wanted the job. Speculation was fueled this week when Biden told a radio station he'd take Obama in a heartbeat. Possible more realistic candidates include Senators Elizabeth Warren of Massachusetts, Kamala Harris of California, Amy Klobuchar of Minnesota and Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer.
