Mountain West Postpones Fall Sports

Another Division One conference is postponing fall sports, including football.

The Mountain West Conference is putting a hold on athletics for the upcoming season because of ongoing concerns with the coronavirus pandemic. Commissioner Craig Thompson said numerous factors and unknowns outside of the conference's control made the decision necessary.

Among the schools in the conference are Boise State, New Mexico, Utah State, San Diego State, and UNLV.
