Former Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler is heading to the broadcast booth. He has agreed to become a color commentator for FOX Sports. Cutler isn't completely closing the door on a return to the field, telling ESPN "I don't know if retirement is the right word." He is expected to be part of a three-man booth that would ease him into his role, much like former Cowboys quarterback Troy Aikman back in 2002.
